Who the platform is for

For anyone who manages safety on the water: from city beaches and hotel waterfronts to pools and sports centres.

Do you know what is happening at your beaches and pools?

Organizations invest in the safety of their beaches and pools, but without a systematic overview of incidents, visitor numbers and risks, it is hard to judge what works and where improvements are needed.

  1. How busy are your locations really?

Without systematic attendance tracking, it is hard to compare the load on individual locations, understand seasonal differences and judge whether the available resources match real needs.

  2. Where do safety problems keep recurring?

Records of interventions and other safety events by location help identify the places where problems recur and that need extra attention.

  3. What do past seasons tell you?

Comparing attendance, interventions and working conditions across seasons helps reveal recurring patterns and changes that might otherwise go unnoticed.

  4. Do you know where further investment is needed?

Without comparable data, it is hard to set priorities, justify investments and direct resources to the locations with the greatest needs.

The consequence

Without a complete overview of incidents and visitor numbers, it is hard to recognize priorities in time, assess risks and justify decisions about how resources are allocated.

From field data to better decisions

Everyday events at your aquatic sites are automatically turned into clear data that shows what is really happening there.

Field data

Occupancy, interventions and conditions are recorded on site through a simple mobile application.

Structured data

The platform automatically turns those entries into clean reports, statistics and season overviews.

Source of data

Data is created where safety happens.

All data is entered by lifeguards, during their shift, through the mobile app.

  • First-hand

Lifeguards are on site all day and are the first to see what happens.

  • No extra work

Recording during the shift replaces paper logbooks.

  • Proven in practice

98% of daily reports fully completed in the Medulin pilot.
